I recently moved into Bell Southstone Yards and I’ve had a great experience so far! I moved to Texas from another state, and Meti made the whole leasing process super easy. She gave me a virtual tour, answered all my questions, and was very helpful throughout the process.
The apartments are new, clean, and modern, and I really like the amenities. The pool is beautiful, the fitness center is great, and I especially love the co-working space. The location is also really convenient with... restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping just a quick drive away.
Overall, I’m really happy I chose Bell Southstone Yards and would definitely recommend it!

I haven’t been able to fully move into my apartment and it’s been a month. There was a flood/leak from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor, where I reside, and the communication has been terrible. The contractors left my apartment door cracked open one of the days, which compromises my safety. They removed my washer and dryer and didn’t hook it back up properly, and there was water on my floor after I put in a load. This experience hasn’t been the best.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful, and maintenance responds quickly whenever needed. The amenities are nice, and I feel safe and comfortable here. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

Clean , bright airy welcome , loved the serving board and sop upon entry i feel like i am at a luxury Westin Hotel! The staff have been very kind, following up with me and greeting me. Mia gave me a nice phone message of welcome and also when I had a drawer repaired, I had left a jar out for paint that I was gonna take to the office and when I came back home from work. The paint jar had already been filled. How cool was that! I have a good feelings about living here for sure, and the friends... that I brought over, said that this place is really amazing and was definitely an upgrade to my lifestyle.
