The office staff and maintenance team are always pleasant.

Amazing floor plans and amenities, plenty of parking spaces, with a safe entrance.

I've noticed since my last review that things are improving. that's an amazing thing and hopefully they will continue to because my renewal is coming up and I'm interested in what they will offer a loyal customer at the time in the economy when a recession is inevitable.

The Leasing Agents are amazing especially Anthony as he goes above and beyond understanding that we are the customer and very helpful. The young lady that sits next to him is awesome as well.

I feel management is getting... better and truly understand all that they have had to deal with.

property manager never replies to emails , they have cost me 10's of thousands of dollars due to their inadequate management, homeless attacking residents running through the halls trying to hurt people. gates are always broken, package retrieval at its worst. my 2nd car was booted for an inhouse problem and i will never see my money back. cars broken into , they simply don't care. its like high with the management.. petty , no cusomer service and i know of at least 25 residents all moving... at the end of their lease. Love my loft and the staff!! Brandy goes out of her way to make you feel at home. Building is in great shape and very quiet! Would recommend living here for sure.
