I would not recommend Maple District Lofts based on my experience. I dealt with a roach problem in my apartment for weeks, and despite bringing the issue to management’s attention, I did not feel like it was taken seriously.

Maintenance was extremely difficult to get help from. And on top of that, maintenance does not work on weekends, which made the situation even more frustrating when issues came up outside of their hours. There were times when I needed assistance and simply could not get... anyone to come out. In the end management never came to properly address the issue.

If you are considering moving here, I would strongly recommend asking management how they handle pest-control issues and how quickly maintenance responds to them before signing a lease. Read More

I reported an animal inside my ventilation system on August 13 and provided video evidence of it moving inside my vents. After several days of follow-ups, management eventually confirmed that an animal had died inside the wall/ventilation area and that it was believed to be the source of the odor I had been reporting.

I was given multiple dates for the animal to be removed. A wildlife specialist was supposed to come Thursday, then maintenance was supposed to remove it Friday. Neither happened.... I returned home Sunday to an apartment that smelled significantly worse, with the odor being circulated through my vents.

Because it is extremely hot outside, I cannot simply turn off my AC to escape the odor. I have been forced to endure the smell inside my own home while waiting for the issue to be resolved.

The most frustrating part is the lack of urgency and follow-through after management was repeatedly notified. A deceased animal sitting inside a residential ventilation system for days should not be handled this way.

Just moved into Maple District Lofts and I’m seriously impressed. The property is beautiful, the vibe is calm but still feels like you’re in the middle of everything, and the move-in process was way easier than I expected.

Maddy deserves the biggest shout-out. She was amazing through the entire process, especially when I had a bunch of questions and some last-minute moving chaos. She stayed on top of everything, communicated clearly, and was genuinely helpful the whole time.

Move-in day went... smoothly, and my apartment looked great when I arrived. Clean, ready, and no weird surprises.
