THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING HERE
I strongly recommend avoiding Villalago Apartments. During our 1½ years here, we dealt with mold, water leaks, electrical problems, a leaking washer, a broken dishwasher, and persistent cigarette/marijuana smoke entering our apartment. Many issues were repeatedly reported but never properly resolved.
There were some serious health violations!
We also experienced maintenance entering our apartment without the notice we requested.
Future residents: PLEASE do your research!

Great Staff and Kind neighbors
The staff here is always friendly and helpful, I’ve rented out two units and both were very clean and kept up upon move in. They make sure any issue you have is handled ASAP and the complex is well taken care of by the property management.
