Large trash bins which are smelling have been around for weeks. No power washing of stairway or breezeway areas. Gates are always inoperable. Landscaping is poor toward the back. Rent pricing is too high. Office staff lack knowledge and aren't good with follow-up. Not luxurious.

I had been working very hard to get back on track since August 2022 ,i had gotten Covid three times ,job changes and more, The owner changed and i felt like i had no help. But the Manager Marilue ,Nora and Quanisa the leasing agent have been great me and i hope that it just get better from here.

This complex is very nice but not worth the price tag. And as with any leasing group, they are not concerned with serving the residents. We have lived here for 4 years, paid our rent on time, been quiet tenants, almost never had any requirements of the maintenance staff. But when we purchased a house a month before our lease ended, the manager told me that to "make me happy" she would ONLY charge us 2/3 of the early termination fee for leaving early instead of the amount in the lease. She... insisted that it would be cheaper than paying out the lease. In fact it was over $1000 MORE than paying out the lease. The apartment complex is nice in general. Staff is welcoming, friendly, and honest. The people within the community are also nice and look out for one another. The only thing I don't like is that you're not given the option to choose your own cable and Internet provider and you're forced to pay for valet trash (which I can take on my own) & an alarm system. The alarm system is understandable, but it should still be optional. Rent is descent. However, with all the extra things that we all have to... pay for, it makes things a bit difficult financially from time to time. Not everyone is wealthy ya know. Unfortunately, I had to do an emergency move from a dreadful apartment complex in Waxahachie and these guys were the only apartment complex that had something available during that time. This place is the epitome of apartment envy. The staff is beyond helpful and my neighbors are great too! no complaints about the noise. Everything works like magic if it just so happens not to, they will come out the same day and help. The pools always clean and there's no need for a 24hr fitness. The gym is awesome. Parking is never a problem here! My point is , it's good to be home
