These apartments are cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. Roach infestations that Pest Control can't resolve, poor maintenance, no insulation to the point that you can hear every move that your upstairs neighbor makes, the list goes on. Not to mention that mine and my roommate's apartment has had 2 attempted break-ins since our lease started. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time coming here.

Love the apartments however my children can’t enjoy their community pool due to people from the neighboring apartments coming and taking over. Our pool really isn’t very big so for 30 people to come get in the pool leaves no room for children that lives here to enjoy themselves. They require us to have pool passes but no one to check to see if the people at the pool resides here or has a pass. And on top of many other things they are smoking weed while children are at the pool. There either... needs to be security to monitor the pool area on the weekends or close the pool altogether.
