We signed our lease here in November, after touring in July. We were coming from out of state, and the manager Sylvia made the process so easy and stress-free. She’s a very professional and sweet woman. She treats the units as if she’d be living in them herself. Our unit is a upgraded one, and it really makes such a difference. The upgrades have really made the unit feel more luxurious. While living here the manager has been making upgrades throughout the entire property. We’ve had no issues at... all! If we ever needed anything it was handled in a timely manner! Maintenance is very sweet as well. The reviews seem to be outdated and towards a different owner.. they do not fit the experience living here at all! Overall such a warm welcome to Texas, and such a great place to live.

Run Away!!! Fast
Manager Victoria is the rudest and most unprofessional individual. Roaches and rats run around the property. Trash and glass are usually on the parking lot most of the time.

NIGHTMARE LITERALLY
Rats, roaches, gunshots! Nastiest apartments ever and I live here now. I asked for a 2 bed 2 bath, they gave me a 2 bed 1 bath w/o any notice. Had to replace my stove because the first one was overcome with rat poop. Balcony ceiling fell thru. They shampooed my carpet the day I was suppose to move in so the carpet was soaked. Rat poop all throughout my kitchen. Shower hot water doesn’t last long. Nasty neighbors. They towed my car on the 3rd day of permit expiration without any notice. Please do... not consider these apartments if u are looking for somewhere even halfway decent to live. I’m far Nebraska, this was my first experience in Dallas. Never late on rent. Never had such a poor experience before with any apartment!
