Main issues:
Cockroach infestation that they deny exists...& now baby cockroaches, too, which, according to my search, means they're breeding inside my apartment, & not randomly making their way in from the outside due to the construction.

I asked the mgr to confirm if the maintenance rep was filming inside my home without my permission & she didn't give a direct answer.

Out of all the issues, the most infuriating thing was... the maintenance rep not washing his hands after picking up debris (likely cockroaches from behind the stove), throwing it outside in the flower bed, wiping his hands together, and then handling an air filter that he put in my fridge. He wasn't even there to fix anything. He was escorting the electrician. He tried to deceive me by saying that he wore the gloves that I asked him to wear, but that was irrelevant bc he had already held the new filter with his dirty hands. He claimed that he was just picking up electrical tape from the floor. Seems unlikely & irrelevant bc he saw pest control spray that area for cockroaches that I saw under the stove & dishwasher.

Their application process isn't transparent & might violate at least 1 Texas law.

They have many fake, employee-written reviews on various review sites. This is also illegal now. Report their fake reviews to the FTC. $50,000+ fine.

I took a day off of work and they scheduled pest control and the "electrician" to fix the breaker issue (between 9 & 5). They waited until 5:33 pm to tell me that pest control wasn't coming by.

They lied & said they required 1st payment via certified funds (cashier's check/money order) for everyone and couldn't accept a portal payment, but later admitted they could accept the portal payment for the 1st payment.

Unreliable trash pick-up service that you pay $25 a month for. Trash not picked up for 3 service days (Wed, Thu, Sun). That's a total of 5 days that some have had trash out. Trash had blown onto the grass & sidewalk. Still no response from management after over 4 days. Manager later claimed maintenance picked up my trash for me, but that's untrue. I’ve had a great experience living here. The amenities are excellent, especially the pools and gym, and I’m really looking forward to the pickleball court that’s coming soon. The community feels cozy and very safe, which has been important to me. The package lockers are super convenient and make deliveries easy. Maintenance has also been very attentive and responsive whenever something has come up. One of my favorite things is having all the amenities and convenience of apartment living while... still having my own home, no one living above me, and more privacy overall. The location is also fantastic, close to everything, and being in Keller ISD is a big plus. Overall, it’s been a really positive place to live and I would definitely recommend it. Read More
