Strong onsite team and solid day-to-day experience
Our experience here has been very positive. The onsite team is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Jennifer, the current manager, brings great energy and stability and clearly understands both residents and operations. She’s approachable, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to interact with.
The assistant manager is wonderful as well and clearly cares about the property and the people who live here. Alyssa is consistently personable, welcoming, and focused on doing the next right... thing. A smile and a hello go a long way, and she delivers that every time.
Maintenance has been reliable and responsive, and the onsite courtesy officer has been excellent. Professional, respectful, and visible. One of the best we’ve experienced anywhere.
Overall, communication has been solid, the team works well together, and the property feels stable and well run.

Ghost At Samuels Ave
update : 6.14.25 Ongoing Communication Issues – Immediate Attention Needed Dear Franklyn, I am writing to express my growing frustration with the consistent lack of communication from the office at Samuels. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone and email regarding an important matter, I have received no response. This lack of acknowledgment has made it nearly impossible to get even basic support or answers. Out of sheer desperation, I recently submitted a work order—not because it was... needed, but simply in hopes of getting someone to notice my pending communication. Meanwhile, residents are regularly bombarded with emails and text messages from your team, yet when we try to respond or raise concerns, there is silence. As a paying resident, I find this unacceptable. The high rent should reflect a standard of service and responsiveness that is clearly not being met. I have intentionally avoided coming down to the office in person, as I’m frankly very upset and would prefer to handle this calmly and professionally. However, if this continues to be ignored, I may have no other choice. I truly hope this message will prompt some timely action and acknowledgment. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. Sincerely, unhappy resident

Management does not care
When we moved in they promised updated security, and nothing happened with that. They will pick and choose when to implement their rules, like with trash. The dog trash can is always full, there’s always trash in the stair wells and outside by the doors leading to the street. The elevators work half the time. We went 2 weeks without AC, no refund or discount on rent or utilities. They will give you a fine if your patio furniture isn’t up to their standards. If i had a chance to tour this place... before we moved from the military then I wouldn’t have moved here.

RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK
TRASHY, NASTY AND very DISAPPOINTED. The whole office dont care anything about they residents just they amount of money you can spend. Lets mention your car will get Robbed and left on Bricks .

Enjoy living here
We moved in recently and there have been a few minor issues (which is normal)...The secret weapon here is Jennifer...she is a bundle of positive energy that gets things done...Great parking garage, very secure and I love the coffee machine in the clubhouse...also very dog-friendly.
