Currently in renovation. Was previously The Place at Saddle Creek. We were bought by a new mgmt company that clearly doesn't get what people want. Painting our complex gentrified gray and white and giving us less privacy by ripping out our great private patios to give us smaller less private options isn't what people want in this economy otherwise we would be at one of the countless cookie cutter options across the city. Not to mention I'm disabled and this small patio is likely not ADA... compliant. I also just can't afford to have my stuff stolen from my patio like most folks. If wanted the same apartments as everyone else we wouldn't be living here intentionally. What we want is the right sized ac for our units and someone to fix stuff when we call. That would be listening to your residents which the old company didn't do and I'm not sure this company is gonna do either. Stop acting like you know more than the residents about what people want/need and maybe just ask us for once.

saddle creek
I have lived here since 2010. I first moved in a obe bdrm and it was 535 by 2014 it was 790 so i went to a two bdrm and paid 1104. In the summer you have to run the air all day just to get cool. In the winter you have to run the heat all day but it wont get warm. The price isn't worth what your going to get.

Great Location
The location is great. Shopping, dining and night life are all nearby. We're currently having upgrades done-new appliances, light fixtures, etc. The apartment space is very generous and the staff is friendly and attentive. The only area of opportunity I would recommend is to fence off the wooded area so the raccoons do not get into the dumpster at night.
