We prorate second month if you move in middle of month. * Credit issues are okay as long as you don’t have any negative history from rentals. * Rental history must be clean (if you have eviction or broken lease and approved, we will require double deposit must be able to pay in full prior to move in.) * Criminal history is case by case * Pets are case by case (if approved $250 nonrefundable pet deposit) * Application is good for 30 days and are transferable to any property on our website.
