This place is great! Unlike other reviewers, I have not had any problems with loud neighbors or poor insulation. The office staff are awesome, the amenities are well maintained, and Samuels Ave is a great place to live.

I just moved to Fort Worth from out of state and this place has been incredible. The staff made the transition seamless and the property itself is gorgeous. Beautiful views of downtown and perfect access to highways.

They have a deal with a towing company to impound cars for expired registration. I am not talking about registration for the parking garage, which might I add we pay for monthly, but for actual state registration. I have never heard of an apartment complex policing for state registration and profiting off impounding their tenants car. One morning they came in and numerous cars had big yellow stickers on their windshield that said in 10 days they would be impounded if not registered. Really was hoping to post a good review as the staff is very responsive and nice. The only issue is the lack of any sort of insulation. After speaking with multiple neighbors, I have realized that it wasn't just myself. We routinely hear the family wake up in the morning, return from school, and stomp through the apartment at early hours of the night.

This is one of the worst apartment experiences I have had and I hope that no-one else has to experience the lack of quality in these apartments.... My apartment island shakes regularly as the upstairs neighbors move around. Read More
