A negative rating is needed for this property

Poor communication by maintenance and office staff. They start repairs and take months to complete. They do bandaid repairs and then expect you to file an insurance claim when their poor job results in damage to your property. Office staff lies so much that they don't have a clue what the truth is. Both the manager and assistant manager are full of excuses. Do not move here.

Terrible Place to live!!!

If There was such a thing as negative stars i would be giving it to this place... I lived here back in 2016 and it was a terrible experience. My wife and I were not able to see an open apartment until the actual day that we moved in. The staff at this place is extremely rude and the manager is an absolute waste of time. The kids in the complex were terrible. They threw eggs at peoples cars, dig up holes to the pipes and mess with them, dig in the dumpsters around the complex and leave trash... everywhere. Several months in to living there around November, the pipes on two different buildings busted, mine included, and flooded all three floors on the section of my building. They came and tore up the padding and carpet and left us with fans to borrow that we had to leave on all day and all night for a week straight. They then gave us a letter in the mail stating that they were going to charge us for the fan since we “refused” to give it back to them. They never came and got it from us after we told them to get it. It took almost 2 weeks for the carpenters to come and repad the floors. We asked the manager if they could move us in to a different unit, as the damage to our apartment was severe enough that there was water coming through electrical fixtures as well as the ceiling and walls. We explained to her that at some point mold will start growing and that the entire unit needs to be gutted and remodeled and that we need to move in to a different unit. It never happened. When the lease was up and we moved out everything sure enough mold had developed everywhere from the pantry, to the storage unit on the porch, to the laundry room. We wrote down every single thing that developed mold and even took pictures and sent them to the corporate office and they sided with the manager. They then charged us for everything, including the mold. One of our dogs ended up with a bad allergic reaction to the pesticide spray that they used on the property because it was not pet friendly. And he also got very sick the whole time there. there is so much more but I will go ahead and stop. All in all I would advise anyone that looks in to these apartments to go ahead and drive past them.. not worth your time.
