I absolutely love living at the Montage! Overall, it’s very well managed, very safe, and the apartments are well priced! The community is awesome. The pool is nice. The leasing office has the best staff!! Plus, you’re in walking distance from all the best places in Fort Worth like Nickel City, Amber Room, and Tinies amongst many others.

50 character limits me but management is bad, too many garage issues, elevator is broken often, cobwebs everywhere, smells like trash in the halls. It’s just not what it seems in pictures and website I PROMISE!

Apartments are nice and location is great but overall experience since Montage took over has been very average.

I love living here! The location is amazing because you are so close to a very trendy area with lots of shops and great restaurants. The apartment complex is great because of the high quality fixtures and details. Something as small as the hallways being carpeted vs concrete makes a huge difference in how nice the building feels.

Be prepared for unexpected fees! With your lease agreement, the management can arbitrarily increase your service fees for trash disposal without notifying you and you can be evicted if you do not pay them. All other apartment complexes in the Southside neighborhood charge a maximum of $25 for valet trash. Period. Here expect to pay $60 monthly for trash services.
