I moved to the community a few days ago and am already so happy. My rating now is mainly based on the application and approval process. The staff has been so helpful and welcoming. I cannot wait to get settled in and start enjoying not only my new home but all of the amazing amenities!

I love the way the administration makes sure all issues are resolved in time. The serenity and peace around the environment is top notch. Also, the surrounding is clean.

Apartment over all is great. Pretty quiet area and quiet neighbors. Maintenance staff is amazing and always addresses my concerns quickly. Managers and front of house staff is lacking. Only cares about communication if you are applying for an apartment but once you get in the commutation stops unless you literally beg for a response and bug them several times. Yet they treat you like you’re the one that is bothering them. Called about an issue a couple weeks ago, assured that I would get a... response, never got one. They have such a high turn around rate with staff, no wonder they are desperate for people to move in due to the lack of residents. All these stars go towards the neighborhood and maintenance staff.
