Very LARGE upstairs MASTER BEDROOM, with TWO closets and very large, and two-sink en-suite bathroom (stand up shower) in Fort Worth. Part of a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home. Three other employed people reside here- each with his own bedroom and bathroom. Clean, quiet professionals. Amenities include central air, central heat, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, washer-dryer and large, fenced backyard. All utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, internet, air conditioning and water. Is not pet friendly. Date Available: Saturday, November 31st, 2025. $950/month rent. We keep the common areas, especially the kitchen, spotless at all times. We don't leave the kitchen until it is clean.
I have been a tenant, a housemate and a landlord over the many years, and I know what makes for a functional household. We keep things very clean, and very quiet. Overnight guests such as family, on rare occasions is fine, with prior notice, but no overnight guests such as girlfriends or boyfriends - those quickly become extra housemates, and that will not be a good fit. Obviously, no smoking in the house, of any kind.
We have three quiet, professional men here- Girl Power strongly encouraged. We've had the household rounded out before with a woman, and it worked well. Four guys - meh ... less so.

1) What prompts your departure from your current residence?
2) When would you be able to move in, at the Earliest and Latest?
3) I am a 50+ divorced father of two grown boys. You?
4) Can you demonstrate your ability to pay / what kind of work do you do?

6) Do you have any child custody situations that would affect the household?
7) What is your work schedule, and do you work from home?
8) What else can you share, that you'd like me to consider? Hobbies? Allergies? Whatever ...
