I can hear my neighbors talking like there’s no wall between apartments. I sleep with my bathroom fan on to drown out the noise and they still wake me up at midnight every night banging around, laughing, like no one is trying to sleep.

The noise is awful and management doesn't seem to care. They might look nice but don't be fooled like me. This place is awful. My apartment wasn't move in ready. The AC has broke twice. We have little blacks bugs and silver fish. You pay monthly for pest control but good luck getting them out to your apartment.

I was really reluctant at first after reading some negative reviews online, but after living here I honestly think most of the negative reviews were written either by people that have never lived in an apartment or competing apartment employees.

I actually had decided against moving here, but my wife liked it so much that I drove into the parking lot on a Saturday morning and awkwardly asked several people whether they liked living there or not. Every person I asked basically told me they... loved it and had no complaints. So we moved in.

Yadis in the front office was always extremely prompt and helpful with any questions or issues we had. We ended up moving out a few months short of our contract, and the entire office staff was friendly and helpful about it, I never felt like they were out to get me or screw me over in any way.

The pool is amazing, definitely gets busy on the weekends and evenings in the summer. Keep that in mind when choosing your apartment location. The gym is great, wasn't too crowded.

The apartments are in a great location in Flower Mound. Despite the growth and constant construction around the buildings it's very tranquil in the evenings. Many pet friendly owners, nice common areas, pool, work-out room with trainer, steam room, tanning and even a massage therapist available. Office staff are cordial and always prompt with questions. Maintenance orders and monthly billings are online which makes managing life really easy.

The complex is nice and centrally located near retail and restaurants. Park Central boasts fantastic pool, landscaping and workout facilities. However, they do not offer recycling which is surprising considering how many other amenities they offer. Overall a good place to live if you can afford it and don't mind throwing away recyclable items.
