If you live in any apartment facing inwards towards the pool and other “amenities” be prepared for endless noise. It goes on forever even past 2:30am. Despite what the landlord says about fixes nothing changes. If you like sleep this is not the place to be.

So many fees, they won’t even tell you all of them if you ask. There are 3 different trash fees. Everything has an admin fee. Check your lease they will sneak in a few

All the money seems to be spent on stuff you can see and everything else is very cheap. Place is the definition of faux luxury. Horrible insulation means summer electricity bill will be really bad. Way tooo many additional fees.
