Infested with ants and spiders , pool is foogy/dirty, loud music from neighbors ALL day and night, stolen packages, slow wifi, gates always broken, the list goes on

Based on your feedback, we're not sure if you are a current resident, so we'd like to clarify that the gates have been fully functional since we took over management of our community. We have a new pest control vendor and... parcel lockers to prevent theft, and we are working hard to address needs and provide an outstanding living experience for our residents.
