These units are very spacious and I love the built-in shelves. We get our own patio area and extra outdoor storage. I've been living here almost two years and Ventura is so kind and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better first-time renter experience. Whenever maintenance is needed, they usually come that same day or the day after. They have a lot of new upgraded appliances in the apartments as well as new washer and dryers. I definitely recommend this place.

Pleased
Like all apartments there’s pros and cons. Love the size and the patio, lots of space in and out. I’ve got a leak in my roof... you might not. The laundry mat isn’t great but the customer service is. Ventura is extremely kind guy.

Definitely recommend!
My wife and I previously had problems with West Town apartments. They have the worst management and maintenance staff ever and we left without notice. We explained all of this to Ventura and he was very understanding and worked with us. We started living here November 2014 and lived here till March 2018. If we didn’t have to leave El Paso, we would have continued living here. We loved it here! Whenever we put in a work order it was taken care of in a timely manner. Whenever we had noise issues... with our neighbors, Ventura took care of it. It was overall a quiet community except for barking dogs here and there. Definitely recommend this apartment community! Definitely reasonably priced for the space you get!

Good Community
I really like this community , it is located right in the middle of the westside, close to shopping , dining , Utep and downtown! They just built an Alamo Draft House about a block away and that is such a nice place to go out for an evening! The prices are fair for the square footage that the apartments offer. They are older but well maintained and are being upgraded . Wish there was a little bit more vegetation .

The complex is clean and the management and staff are very friendly. The apartments are very spacious and close to everything:) I highly recommend The Hills at North Mesa!!
