I recently moved out & I want to warn people to not live here. The female manger is absolutely awful, horrible attitude to the tenants. Made my time at that apartment unpleasant to say the least. There's dog poop & trash all around the complex constantly. Also, nothing gets fixed regardless of how many work orders you put in & the pool is never open LOL. Lastly for it to be a gated community the gates are ALWAYS broken & they never change the codes so anyone at anytime can enter. There really... isn't anything "luxurious" about Bella Estancia.

Well maintained property
We have lived at Bella Estancias for the last 3 years. Thank you Bella Estancias for creating such a beautiful community for my family. This property is well maintained. Jennifer, the property manager and Niko, the office staff is friendly and very attentive. Maintenance is quick and efficient. We plan on staying for awhile.

Home
Glad to be back home in El Paso after 18 years. I have enjoyed the peace and hospitality. My maintenance issues are and have been addressed in a timely manner. I love the flooring and high ceilings. I'm comfortable in my apartment. Thank you.
