Apartments are very nice and spacious!
Maintenance is very responsive and takes care of anything that might pop up quickly!

Las Gardenias is Great!
I’ve had a great experience at Las Gardenias Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Management is friendly and responsive, and the location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live

Do not rent here
These apartments are the worst I've ever been in. The swamp coolers work half the time. When you make a work order they take forever to come fix the problem. There are shootings at the bar across the street almost every other weekend if not every weekend. The property manager hardly ever answers the phone and if you leave a message for a call back in my experience you never get called back. I've lived here for 3 years and the first year was ok because the manger actually helped her tenants but... then she went to a new property and since then it's gone downhill. Around the pool is a major ant problem. The pet area in the back of the complex doesn't have grass only rocks and they get HOT in the summer. There was mold in my apartment and all they did was spray something on it and scrub it then repainted over it. Then told me to air out my apartment by keeping the door open in the middle of winter while pregnant. You get fined of your child writes on the sidewalk with chalk.
