For one I think it’s funny they took all the bad reviews else and left just one review I’ve been living here for three years they had many bad reviews since I was living here with few good reviews!! The apartments are fine if you like the feel of living in a prison. There is no basketball courts that’s a lie the playgrounds are just swings some of them broken with one little plastic playground for ages maybe one through five!! The game room if you can call it that is connected to the office I... have never seen anyone play any games in that so-called game room. The maintenance does the best they can but don’t expect your stuff to be fixed right away I’ve lived here three years three years they’ve been working on the air conditioner and it still does not really put out any air they tell you to open the windows but also does is just suck your electric air out the window doesn’t really help the cool stuff off there are ceiling fans which is nice but does not really help I have five standing fans while I was there and two window fans just to keep the apartments livable in the summer! We lived in a three bedroom no dishwasher I had friends in two maybe the dishwasher is in the one bedroom I didn’t know anyone in a one bedroom. And even though they spray once a month they’re infested with German cockroaches. The long-term residents are nice as long as you’re nice to them beware they are snitches for the manager and they do jobs for the manager. The laundry facility is small and kind of expensive and one of the dryers or washer I don’t know which puts holes in your laundry and it closes early so if you need to get your laundry done after 8 o’clock you’re out of luck!! The head manager is nice to you when she’s trying to get money from you the other managers are much more nicer all the time. The grounds are nice that you got a watch out for poop bombs because there are some residents that are hiding their pets so they only walk them like at 3 o’clock and they do not pick up what their pet leaves at night. The other residence that are not friends with the manager are quite nice I had many friends there while I was there the rent has hidden fees for the water and the trash that you don’t know about until you’re late or until you leave. If my memory serves correct, they allow all breeds of dogs here, which bodes well for my German Shepherd. The grounds are decent, the laundry room is pretty nice (for coin-op) and it's not far from most of what Northeast El Paso has to offer. The rent is pretty nice too, but watch out for the extra water and trash bill, which is split among all current occupants. My biggest gripe is that the managers aren't the most competent, as I've seen 4 different ones living here only a year.
