The previous residents left a lot of damage throughout the apartment to deal with, including but not limited to: broken handle on the microwave, broken shower curtain hanger, a non-functioning light in one bedroom, and damage to a wifi router cord that left us without internet. I am disappointed my roommates and I are left to clean up so much because the previous residents were irresponsible.

Everything goes pretty smoothly and any problems usually get resolved. I haven’t had any problems so far and have a lot of resources on hand which is also nice, no complaints

I really like it here the apartments have everything that you could need. I haven’t complained about nothing since I got here, the apartment was clean and no mess when I moved in so I was really happy about that.

From the first time I met the staff at the Transfer orientation the staff was accepting and pleasant to speak with. The first apartment complex to call and solidify our connection.

The application process was very easy with the help of the attendees that would answer the questions on the phone. Moving from across the state I thought it would be difficult for a first time renter but it was a smooth transition.
