From the day I moved in, I felt misled. I was told I was renting a one-bedroom unit but was only shown a two-bedroom model and told it was “pretty much the same.” It wasn’t. The layout was noticeably different. I also signed for a specific unit with a large patio, but on move-in day I was reassigned to a different third-floor unit and never received follow-up about the patio. I didn’t receive a mail key for nearly a year and had to send my mail elsewhere. Billing communication has also been... inconsistent, with early “late” notices and delayed utility postings. Most concerning is the ongoing roach problem, especially in the kitchen, where I regularly find them and have had to throw away food. It just sucks that we can’t use our dishwasher since it’s rusted and we had a lot of issues when we first moved in and it took a good while for everything to be solved

The amenities here are very well managed, especially the clubhouse, as there have been some upgrades made since I moved in. The apartments themselves are nice for student housing and have renovated options. Noise and some of the people driving in and out are the only things that aren't always great; speeding can get bad, and some neighboring apartments play loud music outside their apartment from a speaker, and it can be heard clearly from the top floors.

Great amenities, peaceful environment and great roommate's. You may have more problems with neighbors and noise but overall living here is great.

I haven’t had the best experience at the ridge but I guess others have. They are trying. I like the new staff at the leasing office. Maintenance is doing better than before. Still can’t wait to leave the ridge.
