Employees are extremely helpful and kind! The apartment is perfect and spacious, and I LOVEE the kitchen! It's a great apartment for reasonable prices and great amenities. I will be moving in soon, but from what I have already experienced, I have an amazing feeling that this is a great apartment!

I’ve not had a good experience, anything related to dealing with office has been miserable, the employees are cold and rude. The maintenance staff has been great. I don’t like the new locks because it feels much less secure and it dosnt consider may factors: what if my phone breaks late at night, what if my phone dies? how can i call the emergency number if my phone not working it the issue? i much prefer a key fob.

The Leonard is a “you get what you pay for” apartment. It’s not the nicest place, but it’s affordable and decent enough, which is why many students see it as a reasonable option.

Not the best, not the worst. Great maintenance team, good leasing staff. The property and units are in decent shape for being 26 years old. The property management company and their decisions suck, though. The Bluetooth door and gate locks are terribly inconvenient; highly impractical decision. It'd be nice if the front gates actually worked, too.

Management is on site and are quick to help with questions/problems. The maintenance crew is very timely on submitted requests and typically will get there within 24 hours of a request being submitted. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
