Things break a lot but at least someone comes to fix it in a timely manner and the maintenance staff are super nice and chill. Front desk people also try to help out whenever every can

The 4x2 units are very old and haven't been renovated in a long time. Upon moving in, there was rust in my bathtub. There's also definitely some sort of black mold in the showers as well, since I sneeze a lot despite not getting allergies easily.

Staff is really friendly and helpful, maintenance tends to get to work orders in decent amount of time, events hosted are super cute & fun! The new lock system is kinda tricky, not sure which lock opens the other doors around the complex though

These apartments have been pretty good. When there is something wrong or broken they come and fix it quick. They only think that ibdont like is that there are people outside at such late hours making noise but besides that these apartments have been good.

It's fun living here. I enjoy all the events and the community is wonderful. The pool is also a wonderful plus and it's often taken care of!
