Poorly built Ikea style apartments that smell like weed & sewage in the hallways. This property has been leasing for a little over a year and has several issues. The main lobby elevator has been down for several months with constant delays on the repair. There’s no key fob access to the main entrance, so if you’re getting dropped off, you’ll have to walk through the garage driveway with no pedestrian walkway or driveway mirror for cars exiting to see you. In order to exit the basement level of... the garage, you must drive in the middle of the aisle or else the gate sensor will not read your car. Doing so is a hazard as incoming cars speed down the ramp to enter the garage potentially hitting you upon exiting. The call box also does not work; setup has been pending. Every time it rains, there’s ponding water in the basement level of the garage for days. As other reviewers have mentioned, these walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear and feel everything your neighbor does. This apartment was obviously rushed and built with the cheapest materials while charging a premium price and providing the bare minimum. I do not recommend this place.
