Maintenance
I had some electric outlet issues and fridge went out. Robert came out next day after reporting issue. He fixed all outlets very quickly and order new fridge. He both kind and courteous and let me know exactly when to expect new fridge.

Tiburon apartments are nice and clean apartments. They are very old with some foundation issues, but the size of the unit is huge for the price. Parking is very good. It’s very quiet at night and during the day in some areas of the neighborhood. The trash dumpster areas are kept clean. The trees have acorns falling everywhere, but they are swept up each week. You can’t beat the price for the area.
