I never made a request so they entered without my permission and did not leave a note I am a single woman and that makes me extremely uncomfortable.

When I moved... (Verified Renter)
When I moved in there were a couple of things that needed to be fixed. Like the patio floor is really dangerous to wear I'm scared to step outside. There are several floor boards that are Rotten and are coming up and needs to be replaced with new flooring, also the railing is very loose can't hold on to it to hard you might fall too. The Garbage disposal still needs fixed along with hallway closet door. I have entered all of this in my walk through lease agreement and I was told that it was... entered into a maintenance request I have also called several times about my concerns about this. I was told that it would be fixed. I am still waiting for it to be fixed this is very dangerous. If me or a family member fall down through the floors that will not look good on the apartments end.
