Great Experience and Convenient Location Near UTSW
Moving to Dallas was quite confusing at first, but Tamara, the leasing staff, made the entire process much easier. She was extremely helpful guided us through every step of the move, which really reduced the stress. The apartment community is great, especially for people working at UTSW—it’s convenient and well located. Maintenance staff are always helpful and fix issues on time. Overall, a very positive experience.

Great Experience
It's good for someone working at UTSW North/South Campus. The back door opens just in front of the North Campus. Convenient to walk. We were helped a lot by Tamara; she made sure our move-in was smooth. I appreciate the help. The facilities are good, and the rent is similar to the nearby places. Overall a good experience.

No problems here…
I moved into these apartments in January 2024, where I lived in a two bedroom two bath unit. Management has changed one time since I’ve been here and both times I thought that the office staff was pretty cool. However, the staff that we do have now, is very accommodating and they will work with you as long as you work with them. I’m going into my second year of being here at The Southwestern. I am now in a one bedroom apartment and I am in love! I usually don’t like carpet but the carpet that... they have in here is not the usual carpet that you see in basic apartments. This is a nice unit and my neighbors are pretty cool as well. I look forward to being here a couple more years and then possibly moving into a home. If not, I’ll be right here!

Burgery for the second time
All four tires were stolen last night. The thief broke in and stole five digits dollars stuff last year. The office lady just said "This is Dallas". Nothing were improved about more cameras and security measures. Nightmare.
