I love the apartment and I lived the vantage side about 5year and 2 month. I just upgraded to the same apartment but different unit and the new unit has a roaches which I hate. I would’ve given it 5 star if it wasn’t for recent roach problems but overall I love it.

Beautiful Property
I toured the complex and it was really nice i like the waterfall area behind the apartments and the space, they increase the prices within a 2 weeks span of touring by 300 and i just thought that was greedy of them !!! so i decided not to get an apt. however i loved it the gates worked so i felt secured

Beautiful.. but gate always has issues when guest use code. I have and outstanding ( 3 months) leak in my shower and am experiencing mold issues. Walking area has a part that is covered in mud and in accessible without danger of slipping. Mosquitos galore!

Pretty nice community. Needs slightly better security because the area is getting more dangerous it seems and it needs gym upgrades like full dumbbell sets, new pull-up bars, a full body cable machine would be great in the vantage point side’s gym, and more parking options.

Ms. Jisler provided exceptional service as a lease agent, streamlining the move-in paperwork process and ensuring a seamless experience. She maintained consistent communication regarding necessary documentation, delivering it promptly. While the move-in process was generally smooth, the availability of gate openers was insufficient for all residents. Furthermore, the air conditioning system has been non-functional since move-in, necessitating the use of portable units. Considering the current... summer heat, ensuring the functionality of the AC system prior to move-in would have been preferable.
