It isn’t safe at all. My vehicle has been broken into and vandalized twice. They are only about making money and don’t care anything about the tenants. Save yourself the headache and money.

I've lived at Mariposa Villas for about 6 months now. I love it here. It's quiet, clean, management is friendly and attentive. Maintenance takes care of issues quickly. The only negative thing I have to mention is noisy 2nd floor neighbors. I'm def ready for them to move out.

I have been dealing with extremely noisy neighbors upstairs with no help from the office . Their only suggestion was to call the police well I have done that a half dozen times and nothing is working. I can't wait until my lease is up. The quality if residents has truly gone down. Loud music in the parking lot and frequent gunshots from neighboring houses.

I was a little apprehensive about being on the first floor. But the breezeway are well lit, and it's really quiet around here. I'm so glad about the decision to move here. Great job to Hector , Alex, & Tanya.

Since moving to Mariposavillas Dallas location, the management Robert, Alex, and Hector, have treated me and my family very well. Despite the reviews I have read, my experience has been great!The maintenance guy even came to fix some small issues and educate me on the importance of always reporting maintenance issues early to avoid large problems later. Maintenance was very prompt. Those guys are gentleman, professional and knowledgeable. I feel happy about choosing Mariposavillas (Dallas,... TX)for me and my family.
