They keep going up on the rent the air never works in the summer time they’re rude in the office they never fix anything right I’ve had to buy things & fix stuff myself it’s just terrible

New look
I love it here, the new team has really clean out this place! And has also given South Crest a new beautiful look. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. The new community room is perfect for the kids, and I am loving the laundry room!

Sad place
Their quick to go up on your rent, but will not fix what's wrong with your unit. They were bought out by a new company whom have not meet with Any of the residents to show they want to make this a good place to stay.
