First, it is not perfect mainly because of the neighborhood. When you look at the apartments behind them, it's obvious that they are under two different managers. This property doesn't look like much from the outside but on the inside, they have worked pretty hard to renovate and they look decent. They have a boatload of maintenance that are onsite every day. They at least try to get to any complaint you have pretty quickly. At night they have security. Two different people I think. One a bit... better than the other. One of them is a little weird and grouchy and doesn't do a lot and doesn't even wear a uniform, but the other one is on POINT! He is in a very visible uniform (I thought he was a cop). He is armed and he patrols all night. I feel safer knowing that he is there. He even helped me carry my groceries in one night I got off late. Some people try to give him the blues but yo, he keeps moving and doesn't let it bother him and stays professional. The management in the office is pretty nice. I don't know their names, but the two ladies are pretty nice. The manager is nice too for the most part if you catch him on the right day. Some days, not so friendly but it's OK.
The only real issues that I have is that security isn't on EVERY night. That doesn't make a lot of sense. The other issue is the trash that gets thrown on the ground and doesn't get picked up.
You have to give these people an A for effort and doing the best they can with what they have (meaning the area). The free cable helps LOL. Read More

It's my first apartment experience since I moved to Texas. A gated community with security guard who faithfully walks the grounds and knows his residents and . I have never had problem with management they awesome and will work with you. Your home is what you make. I have never had a bug problem and anytime I have a service issue it's fixed in the same day.

Management don't want to improve. Unsafe, shooting, robberies, mold, broken floors, termites, roaches, drugs. Management Is rude and abusive.
