The environment is OK need to keep the neighborhood clean at all times. Too many kids leaving trash around in the parking lots and the hallway. No body cleaning up after their pets

I have seen more roaches in two weeks than I have in the last four years at my old address. The neighbors are rude and loud. My ice maker doesn't work

Overall, I like the community. Maintenance is responsive. Good staff who assist in any way they can. My neighbors are decent. I think it’s a great living option. Near park and Singing Hills rec center. Close to travel routes (20, 45, 35, 67). Not too far from downtown.
