No issues so far , neighbors super friendly kid friendly, only concern was the pool but that is now opened. Wish we had more guess parking as well but other than that great place of residence

I love my apartment but after being here a year, I can definitely see how the apartment was rushed due to chipped paint, you can barely touch the floors and paint will come off. My cabinet fell off the wall, granted I likely had too much food in it; however, maintenance came by about a month ago and I have received any other updates since then. The kids are always outside and very noisy but other than that I love the complex, very beautiful and accessible to many places.
