One of the best parts for me is how quiet it is here. It’s a nice change from busier areas, and it feels safe for my kids. My family has settled in well, and my kids have room to play without me worrying. The community is pretty friendly too, and the staff has been responsive when I’ve needed something fixed or had questions.
The amenities are a big plus — there’s a pool, a fitness center, a business room, and even a little theater space. I also like that we’re close to Denton, shopping spots,... and parks, but we still get that small-town Argyle feel.
Rent is reasonable for what you get, especially considering the space and modern touches. My unit is in good shape, and while there were a couple of small hiccups at move-in, they were handled quickly. All in all, it’s been a good experience for me and my family, and I’m happy with my decision to live here.
