This apartment has changed management back and forth and it’s horrible all around. Any good reviews you see are for a literal different apartment complex or they’re just tenants okay with overpaying for trash. The apartments smell like pee, dust covers everything, the air smells stagnant, there’s mold growing on the ac vents, the showers go extremely hot and then cold and have horrible pressure unless you replace the head, parking is horrific, the mailboxes are always full of the wrong mail, and... if you put in a maintenance request they will lie and say they’ve fixed it when they haven’t. It’s happened multiple times they probably don’t even have anyone on site to help. You shouldn’t pass over this review if you want to be happy in your home. Don’t believe the Newley renovated apartments are better either - it’s a bad paint job they didn’t even bother to paint the underneath side of brown cabinets you can see and the backsplash tiling has holes above the outlets from poor measuring and some outlets are upside down or don’t even work. Ime not a person who write reviews. But in this occasion I took my time to write a review. I start with staff of this apartment complex, the manager is a rude disrespect, and a careless person. Since day one of my move in. The apartment had a awful odor, and every time I turn the ac on the odor was stronger. I went to the office several time and they didnto do anything about the problem. Theyou suggest me to leave the a door or window open so the smells could get out of the apts. So during my... unpleasant stay I couldn't turn not the Heather or the ac... so I just leave it to your imagination how my stay was. Furthermore, the staff rarely open the office, those lazy people always put the sign out on property or for lunch with is pretty much all day long. Good location, Near small shopping center, Wal Mart, Krogers, and a few fast food places. Property is clean but shrubs and trees could be kept in better shape. The water and sewage billed by the owners is very high compared to other Apts. in this area plus the rent is a little high as well. You could wait for as long as a week for minor repairs but urgent repairs are average.
