The entire team at Luxia Midtown Park is absolutely OUTSTANDING. Jessica in Management, Lindsay in Assistant Management, and Owen in Leasing (sorry I'm not sure of their specific titles) go SO above and beyond. They truly do care about each and every resident. They have ALWAYS prioritized my needs, been ready to help me in the office with smiles on their faces and jokes at the ready. The maintenance team is fast and skilled, the cleaning staff works wonders, etc etc. Anytime I have even just a... tiny issue or question, the appropriate person helps me swiftly and kindly. I truly cannot say enough outstanding things about them.
When I first moved in, it was a different management team. They were about a 4 out of 10 at best honestly. Like not terrible, but they'd roll their eyes when you'd ask for stuff and a lot of them were kind of rude. Thank god for the turnover because this new team is just incredible. I want to say 15 out of 10 but I truly don't even think that is doing them justice!!! If only every on-side team cared this much!!! First and foremost, the leasing/management staff is fantastic. Ricky, Bailee, and Kevin are all extremely friendly, helpful, and generally wonderful. Secondly, the apartments are genuinely beautiful. Coming home to gorgeous finish outs and updated stainless steel appliances just hits different. I also love that the club room (which is amazing) is open 24/7. On top of that, the location’s decent and the digital lock system is pretty cool.

My only complaints so far are that there seems to be an... issue with dog owners not cleaning up after their pups around the property, and finding a parking spot can sometimes be a hassle without paying extra for a premium parking pass.

I’ve now lived here almost two months and have absolutely no complaints. The front office staff (Bailee and Kevin) are top notch. I can’t say enough good things about them. The property is clean and well landscaped. Haven’t had any problem with noise…very quiet.
Love my place. The best things I enjoy is my huge sink and the all the cabinet storage in the kitchen. Already feels like home! You can’t go wrong with this place.

I will be moving next year and this place was nice and the people friendly. It will stay on my list.
