* Wonderful Location * Low cost rent / fees * Energy bill has been low * Neighborhood Walkability * Love my patio * Spacious * Large bathroom vanity * Parking / no towing for guests * Timely maintained / repairs * During the summer, the pool was kept clean well but seems they are not cleaning it as often now that the temperature has dropped. * I feel safe and secure 9/10 * Staff & Neighbors have all been kind & friendly * I also like the blue front doors It’s a nice touch. * It’s very low... key here and I appreciate all they have done. I asked them to change the gates to be soft close because they were banging ridiculously loud and they actually did it. it broke and they fixed it again without me asking.
Cons * Very, very little storage. There is only 1 closet in the bedroom and the 3 other closets are full of hvac equipment or the laundry machines. * Would prefer the main closet have bifold doors rather than sliding doors so I could get maximum use of that space. * The kitchen doesn’t have much storage either. So I use a tall dresser/ Buffett as an island to get maximum storage. But it’s not functional to sit for use functionally as a place to eat for guests and other islands I can buy don’t have the needed storage or depth/ dimensions to fit the space. * Thin walls. Architect Stacked the bedrooms to upper units so I can hear all of their “activities”. Luckily for me, it’s not often. * No covered parking. this is a very big issue for me and likely won’t stay for this reason. I really need a carport at the very least. it should be offered to all parking spots as to not cause any conflict or impact the current no towing status. * Roaches. they have come out to treat for roaches 3 times but I still see them weekly. They really need to fumigate the whole building and tackle this aggressively.
Personal opinion * No mirror in the gym * I would love to see them remodel & replace the business center no one uses with a yoga studio. wish the large windows that face the pool had a stripe of film tint for privacy. (The yoga studio should definitely be the sunny room) * The fire department is so loud. they seem to communicate every little thing over the loud speaker systems night & day. * I had to deep clean the faucets, drains, & air vents as they were filthy and disgusting. The lint trap/ hose in the dryer is also bad & they would have to take it apart to clean it.
All in all, I recommend it here if you can handle little storage space.
