I've lived here since November 2024 and consistently pay my high priced rent on time. Since the management transition in July, paying rent has become unnecessarily stressful. No one likes to feel like this.
Throughout the day, the front office never answers the phone. I've had to go in person to speak to someone.
My biggest issue is the lack of communication. Residents are not updated in a timely manner and receive no email, letter, or door notice explaining the payment problem, yet the property... had no problem putting towing notices on our doors days earlier.
Tenants should not have to worry about being penalized because the property's payment system isn't working.
I pay my rent on time and expect basic communication, accountability, and reasonable customer service. Based on my experience, I would tell anyone considering 75 West to look elsewhere!!!! Read More

Terrible experience from start to finish. The leasing agents were polite in person, but communication was completely unacceptable. Over the course of a month, we called multiple times, left voicemails for specific staff members and the general office line, and sent emails without receiving a single response.

We toured the property and liked the apartment enough to apply, but getting assistance with the application process was extremely difficult. It took over a week just to reach someone, and... the approval itself took nearly two weeks. After finally receiving the lease, there were multiple errors that needed to be corrected, and once again it took another week and a half to get in contact with anyone.

We were even given the assistant manager’s “direct line,” but every call either went unanswered or was redirected to the call center, and none of our messages were returned.

The final issue was accessibility. We needed to confirm whether the exterior of the apartment was wheelchair accessible before moving forward. Because nobody would answer our calls or emails, we drove two hours to Dallas and went in person to ask, and staff refused to let us verify it, claiming it was “illegal” since we had already toured once before, which is nonsense.

We were ready and willing to move in but we have decided to pull our application and move on. If communication is this poor before you even become a tenant, I can’t imagine how difficult it would be after signing a lease. I have lived here since the middle of 2023, in this time the front gate was broken for about 7 straight months. During this time there were multiple cars broken into including mine. The mail boxes have been broken into. The apartment hallways have never been cleaned since I have been there. I have had my apartment closet flooded twice caused by leaks in then apartments above mine. In 10 months I haven't had a closet for 3 of the months. The repairs are not timely and don't expect to receive help... by calling the front office. You have to go into the office to submit your complaints and even then this doesn't expedite the process most times. Been here for almost 6 months and so far a really great property, I have had a couple small issues but the office and maintenance staff have been great about addressing them in a timely fashion

75 West is conveniently located with excellent management. The townhouses are well designed and offer private garages. As a retired person, I find this a very comfortable community.
