The backyard features a painted deck, new stained fence and a storage building. Tenant is to pay for all utilities (water, electric and gas), trash and lawn maintenance. The house is ready for move-in. Please give me a call or email me if you would like to view the house and/or submit an application on the house. Each applicant must provide past 3 months bank statements and pay stubs in order for the application to be submitted along with a $45 application fee (non-refundable). Applicant must also submit a copy of their driver's license and SS card. Applications will be processed on a first come first serve basis. Once the application is approved then a $1,850 security deposit within 3 days is required in order to reserve the lease.
