Parkway truly gives you the best "bang for your buck" in College Station student housing! The price is fantastic for the quality of the apartments, which have a lovely rustic homey vibe, and the impressive amenity spaces. Jacob in the office has been particularly outstanding. He's always friendly, efficient, and ready to assist with anything. The office is quick to respond to any problem that may arise. I’ve had a great experience living at Parkway Place Apartments. The staff here truly go above and beyond. I recently had a few maintenance issues, and not only were they fixed quickly, but the team also followed up afterward to make sure everything was still running smoothly.

What really stood out to me was how respectful and approachable the staff were. I’ve learned that it’s all about how you communicate—when I brought up my concerns politely and respectfully, I was met with the same courtesy... in return. It’s clear that not all management companies are the same, and Parkway Place proves that.

This apartment has been nothing short of awful since move in. The unit was filthy and had absolutely not been cleaned before move in for new residents...bugs in light fixtures, mold on vents, tub/shower in bad need of caulk, kitchen and floors filthy....the list is really endless. The outside of the facility if also filthy...debris/trash in the stairwell (still there a year later), cobwebs, bird mud nests, unkept painting on railing, lights in stairwells still not repaired...all of the things... they were going to do, never do in a year. The unit constantly smells of marijuana but management does nothing to investigate the units around to see where the problem is from. Currently going on a month of "needing parts" to repair an air conditioning that is not working properly. The unit is nothing as it was suppose to be when the lease was signed...they didn't have an actual 2/2 townhome unit to look at...and they did not disclose that it would be on the second floor (all 2/2 townhomes are fyi but they did not disclose that) and all the things that it would not have compared to what they said would be "just like the 4/4 but without the two extra bed rooms"....NOT even close. The crawfish boil that was held was very good and a fun event to attend. It was my first one was a good way to meet people.

They always have good events for students such as free food or games that helps you meet new people.
