The apartments themselves are good but somewhat expensive. The main selling points are the distance from campus/Northgate and being in basically the middle of town. They offer good amenities and numerous apartment wide events throughout the year.
The downsides are that the fire alarms go off quite often and the internet provider they use is one of the worst providers I've ever used with intermittent internet outages practically everyday.
The front desk staff and especially the maintenance man,... Travis, are exceptional. I've never had any issues with the repairs done and they are typically completed within one day.
Overall a decent enough place to live, but make sure to get one of the "Premium" rooms as they are normal apartment sized, unlike the standard rooms they offer which are closer to actual dorm sizes.

LOVE
I love this apartment complex! They have amazing staff -- they're so attentive and polite. They are always striving to make their residents happy and it doesn't go unnoticed! Lived here for a few years now and wouldn't have had it any other way.

Great Place for College Students
I moved in August of 2024, and renewed my lease for the 2025-2026 year as well. This is a great apartment for Freshman due to it's location. Most Freshman courses will be scattered throughout campus, and 12 North is the perfect walking distance to all of my classes. The maintenance team has been super helpful the whole time I've been here as well.
