We've lived here for many years and have been so happy here. Management is diligent about maintaining the property and keeping things up to standards. Community as a whole is respectful and kind to each other. Pets of all sizes are welcomed by management and neighbors alike. And the maintenance crew are top notch, even on nights and weekends when you have an emergency. Property is kept clean and looking good year round. Blessed to be here!

This complex, doesn't work In a timely manner to get maintenance done. I've had nothing but problems here, with running water, hot water, a/c unit, our balcony. This complex although affordable. You don't get good customer service. They have Rude office staff, rude neighbors. Not a friendly place. They say they are dog friendly. But I've been given hell with my puppy. No one picks up after their dogs. No one else gets complaints about their dog, but they love complaining about mine. When... they come for maintenance service to fix or repair, things never get fixed. They bring one tool and act like they fixed it. Someone vandalized our door. They came to work on our balcony and it's still not attached to the foundation at the top. They ask you to leave your door unlocked so maintenance can come and go even thought they have keys. During the ice storm the maintenance team was quick to respond to a burst waterpipe. They arrived in only a few mins to tell me they had already turned the water off and to arrange water extraction. They anticipated my questions about future work and had the answers. Thanks, guys!

When I decided to make Country Square my home, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love my apartment and my rent is actually affordable. The grounds are always clean and well taken care of. My neighbors are awesome and make living here even better. We have cookouts and swim at the pool. They have really nice areas to walk around and enjoy being outside. And they have lots of parking available which is really important to me. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.
