Unpleasant experience

Lived here for a while; elevator worked only for 2mths. Witnessed new staff including manager and owner. Constant smell of weed in the entire hallway. Manager returns call almost never or way too late. Positive; there’s coffee available for free.

There is better out there!

The apartment itself is nice , inside it’s very new and modern. Haven’t had any insect or roach problems inside. Haven’t had any major problems inside the home besides toilet clogging due to weak flushes which apparently is common here. They redid the hallway flooring and it looks terrible , very sloppy job , pretty embarrassing. When the elevators would work they were always very dirty. Elevator has been broken for many months now. I live in the third floor and it has been hell taking my... groceries up. They said elevators would be fixed in a few weeks and yet we have not heard back after months. They also recently changed owners , went from Atlantica to Vercanta at Burleson, but we did not receive any emails on this change . Communication is just horrible. Management just recently changed and they were very nice , they worked with my husband and I in ending my lease and we’re very understanding.

Rethink your options

Bad maintenance, worst new management and terrible communication. I don't know if they trying to save money to look better for the company avoiding fixing the elevators , painting walls or cleaning walkways. This place sadly will be trashed if continue this way. I hate moving but I can't live with this poor management.

Terrible apartments!

Noisy apartments. Dirty hallways. Rude and belittling property manager. They switched staff and the new staff is even worse than before. There is no place to walk and parking is also a nightmare. Try the newer apartment in Burleson and save yourself the headache.

We encourage you to take a walk near building 4, there is a nice grassy area we are sure you will enjoy! Overpriced and not worth the cost.

This complex being new is about the only good thing it has going for it. Leasing office doesn't care about the safety or privacy of residents especially when it comes to "appearance". Pet waste and cigarettes seem to be all around the complex. For the amount of money, you pay to live here you would think cleanliness of common area would be a priority, but yet the elevators and hallways don't reflect it. They send out mass emails, but nothing is ever done. Seriously regret moving here and... renewing especially if I would've known this complex would turn into this.
