Want Answer Phone or Return Calls
I drove 45 minutes to put my application in before Christmas. Not only have they contacted me to let me know if I was approved or not, they have not answered the phone nor return any of my messages I left. Very unprofessional. If they didn't want to do their jobs or be bothered by me then they could have said they didn't have anything available. I have a great rental history and my credit score is in the high 600 range. I'm a great renter to have and pay early. Their lose!.
