Had SUCH a great experience remotely and actually visiting the property itself. Me and my future roomie were a little late in the housing process and the representation and customer services received was really as top notch as it gets. Very impressed with Tira West, she answered all our questions and THEM some, we had a few other places we looked at while visiting and we went back to the office to get one of their last 2 bedrooms for the fall. Everything about the community is just what we were... looking for, but the customer service, transparency, and communication throughout this process really sold us without hesitation. SO excited for what’s to come!

Camber review
I’ve lived here since January and I like the space and how quiet it is. However the management is terrible. I’ve tried to get so many things handled in a professional way and they have students at the front desk that don’t know what they’re doing. Because of the amenities and apartment itself I give it a good rating, but the management needs to be fixed for sure.

Dirty Unit at Move In
Helped my brother move into his furnished apartment here before classes. We arrived to a dirty unit with visibly dirty furniture and ants. ….he’s currently steam cleaning his place. Expected more from Greystar.

I do not recommend this complex
No, I do not recommend this apartment complex. The Unit assigned was infested with roaches! Even when pest control was requested many times, the infestation was still the same! It is totally unhealthy to live in those conditions with roaches everywhere (bedroom, walls, bath and mostly in the kitchen), totally disgusting. The cable TV service has never worked (and they charge extra fee for the service) Internet connection is poor (unless you pay more for a faster speed). On the other hand, have... in mind that the monthly fee they offer will apply for the entire year, not only for the student calendar, so you will pay from August through July. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with Camber Villas, please, look for a better option!

All residents are made aware of our pest control companies' procedures and their schedule in between sprays to avoid chemical overspray. We make it apparent to each resident that it is their responsibility to notify the office if... treatment is needed as we cannot continually schedule thi s without a request. Looking at your account, any time the resident notified the office, pest control treated and sprayed your unit. It looks like a few were requested throughout the year, however, there were two different 4-6 month time periods where our team was not notified of the issue at all. We make this apparent when a resident puts in a request. Our team cannot fix a problem if we are not aware. One or even two treatments separated out will not completely subside the issue, as continual. Basic cable TV was included in rent, and residents had the option to upgrade from the basic plan with DirecTV by creating an account and working with this company. You would do that by reaching out to DirecTV directly as this is a third-party company not related to our management. Our lease dates are stated on the very first page of the lease, and everyone is made aware in the application process of the yearly terms. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have had and wish we were made aware of to help resolve these issues.

Per our previous conversation, the staff member that you spoke to was new, and we apologized for the confusion and the conversation that... you had with them. We have talked with that staff member. We did speak with you the day before, and all of the correct information was sent to you via email. We call and follow up every day to see if you have any questions, which is what the follow-up call was for. We would be more than happy to talk to you either in person or over the phone to resolve any issues you have.
