Love it here! Everyone is so nice and maintenance has always been very helpful with any questions or concerns we may have, quick to do repairs when needed.

The apartment, property is amazing and the absolute best maintenance crew!!! Out dog Cookie loves the walk around the complex especially the dog park.

We have moved to the other side of the complex and while it is better, not completely happy without a pantry and the small size dishwasher is a bit of a challenge as the apartment they offered us is ADA set up. We do love the complex as it is kept up very well and maintenance is the ultimate best. Office staff is nice to work with.

The overall location of the apartments is great! And the cost of rent is not ridiculous especially for the area. It’s a little out dated compared to other apartments around the area, but again for the price it’s great. It’s pretty calm and quiet. It’s actually has a very diverse community with many people of many ages and everyone is super respectful. I do a lot of online ordering and for awhile it was kind of annoying having to pick up most packages from the office, leaving work to pick up my... packages during office hours but the staff was very helpful, but now with the Nexus service I haven’t had any issues. I haven’t had a working gate code for at least a year now which has been difficult when having delivery services come or friends come over. Ive been here going on 3 years now and I rate my personal living experience a 6/10 due to mostly petty nuisances but the staff and overall apartment I’d give a 8/10 Read More

This has been the nicest apartment experience I've ever had! The property is clean and quiet, and the staff is super helpful! Would definitely recommend this place to others :)
