We have moved to the other side of the complex and while it is better, not completely happy without a pantry and the small size dishwasher is a bit of a challenge as the apartment they offered us is ADA set up. We do love the complex as it is kept up very well and maintenance is the ultimate best. Office staff is nice to work with.

The overall location of the apartments is great! And the cost of rent is not ridiculous especially for the area. It’s a little out dated compared to other apartments around the area, but again for the price it’s great. It’s pretty calm and quiet. It’s actually has a very diverse community with many people of many ages and everyone is super respectful. I do a lot of online ordering and for awhile it was kind of annoying having to pick up most packages from the office, leaving work to pick up my... packages during office hours but the staff was very helpful, but now with the Nexus service I haven’t had any issues. I haven’t had a working gate code for at least a year now which has been difficult when having delivery services come or friends come over. This has been the nicest apartment experience I've ever had! The property is clean and quiet, and the staff is super helpful! Would definitely recommend this place to others :)

Been loving it lately. Haven’t had any issues besides some noise every now and then with people fighting & recently someone’s car alarm was going off for 3 hours.

We have only been residents since mid September, but we love it here! It is so peaceful. Definitely a place we love calling home! And the maintenance is amazing! They are so quick to respond to maintenance requests.
