I have lived at Windmill Terrace for a little over a year now and have no complaints! Maintenance takes care of work orders quickly, the office is friendly & helpful whenever I have questions or need something. It is a quiet area and my rent has stayed low compared to other complexes. I am very happy here

Things took a big turn when the management changed back in 2022 so I was very hesitant in staying when I was notified about another management change a few months ago but I must say that things are looking great. I spoke to the new manager Nancy about a stair rail that was removed and in less than a month she got a new one installed! I also told her about a few ongoing issues I had in my apartment and she had someone come out and get them fixed right away! Not only did my requests get taken care... of but there is also lots of work being done on the property, things that needed to be fixed are finally getting repaired throughout the community.

Constantly changing owners
Office is ran by a bunch of kids with excuses
Bugs
Water smells like sewage still
Parking is horrible
Water is always being cut off for fixing
Dog park is in a bad spot with no lights at night so not safe
Overpriced

I went to tour this property last week and it was one of the cleanest properties I viewed. The young lady was fairly new but she managed to get the answers to all of my questions. I will be submitting an application once my lease ends.
