The apartment complex itself helps people/Jefferson county community with 2nd chance rental and that says a lot about the owner and staff. They work diligently to help you in your situation/circumstance because they understand things in life happens and sometimes beyond our control. I recommend this apartment complex and I applied because the reviews were awesome and true.

Mrs Destiny made everything smooth and easy, and if you looking to move in some apartments please check out Broadway apartments, everything is upgraded and nice and comes with washer and dryer and that's something most apartments don't have I love it and recommend checking Broadway apartments out if your looking to move in some apartments.

Love destiny & apartments!
From the start destiny has been my girl to help out with tour, application, deposit, move in & all. This girl made our experience something so smooth.. she worked around my schedule when my husband would be out of work early.. the apartment are the best apartments I’ve found on the market! Everything is renovated plus we have a patio and my favorite thing is a washer and a dryer!! There’s no more trips to the laundromat!! Thank you Des! From Mrs. Rodriguez & Mr. Saenz!
