The electricity and plumbing is constantly turned off either by management or utility company failures at least one or twice every single week, you just never know. Half the complex was recently out of electricity for 5 days straight and we recently got our power restored last night finally. We had to get the local news to come out in order to get the situation handled because management didn't give a crap as long as she gets her paycheck she is fine! There is also a poop processing pump... directly in front of the complex so it smells of poop everyday. its located in front of the pool and park where kids are supposed to play. i wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy! I guess i'll go and inhale the weed, cigarettes and cigars, my neighbors are smoking since insulation is terrible in these apartments! If you love weed/cigar smell, insects, mold, loss of electricity/water, poop smell, this is the place for you! Its cheap for a reason, you get what you pay for! Go pay that extra money for a better apartment because you will hate yourself if you move here.

**Apartment Review for The Park at Aviano**
I would strongly advise against renting at The Park at Aviano. My experience here has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. First and foremost, if there’s a power outage, be prepared to be the last place in the area to have power restored. It's as if the property management doesn't prioritize the residents' comfort or safety.
The pest situation is unbearable. Roaches are a constant problem and seem to never leave, no matter how much... effort is put into keeping them out. Additionally, rats and frogs have also been a major issue. In fact, I had to patch up several holes just to prevent frogs from entering my apartment. It's clear that maintenance doesn't take these issues seriously.
Speaking of maintenance, don't expect any help when you need it. The emergency line is unresponsive, and the office is rarely open on time. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone to address problems in a timely manner.
Other unpleasant surprises include the constant gunshots at night, which can make for a very unsettling living experience. Water outages seem to happen every week for "repairs," leaving you without access to basic utilities.
To top it all off, the management is completely unaccountable for the conditions of the property. They don’t seem to care about the well-being of their tenants. Overall, this has been an awful place to live, and I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for housing. Do not rent here.

Roaches, unresponsive office, poor maintenance
We've lived here for a few months now. When we moved in we noted what felt like a hole in our kids room, 6 or 7 months in, it's still not fixed. Day of our move in, we were running late because of traffic. Tried calling them, they didn't answer, had to find our from another resident that we needed to call maintenance to give us the key to our unit. All that can be forgiven as just one off bad experiences on an off day if it weren't for the fact that we've called SEVERAL times about roaches and... have just been given the run around. We've got kids man
