I love it here. The front desk staff is amazing and friendly, the maintenance people are always on top of requests and work hard and fast, and my neighbors are friendly.

Everything is mostly good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thankfully, I haven't had to call maintenance yet for anything. The floor plan is definitely small but good luck finding anything in Austin that isn't. It's cozy and I like the vaulted ceilings and the layout actually gives me a surprising amount of floorspace to stretch and do yoga. My only complaints are the walls are quite thin and I wish they would install no-slam cabinets.

It has been a great place to live at the community is for the most part is quiet. The no valet trash is amazing and they fix things pretty quick as well.
